Our History
Connector Systems Ltd was established in New Zealand in 1979 and originally provided network cables, connectors and components to businesses throughout New Zealand.
In December 2009, Connector Systems Ltd was purchased by Dale Smith and became Connector Systems Holdings Ltd. Dale is, by profession, a chartered accountant but had previously owned and operated a large logistics freight company.
Techplus Distribution was acquired by Connector Systems Holdings Ltd in in April, 2012 and was seen as a fantastic opportunity to grow the Connector Systems business in Australia.
Central to the success of the original Connector Systems Ltd was the nurturing and building of strong business relationships. It is a philosophy that continues through to today. Our primary aim is to create organically, commercially satisfying relationships with our clients and vendors alike, where our skills and expertise help to create optimal commercial success.
