Mark Dasent - General Manager

After coming up through the ranks of IT over the past 24 years, Mark comprehensively gets IT from every angle. This experience equips Mark to see the whole picture and communicating the business as a complete, end-to-end solution is his vision.


Kevin Swainson - General Manager

A comprehensive understanding of IT hardware infrastructure and software solutions is the result of 30 years experience in IT. Kevin’s calm demeanor and ability to problem solve make any client feel confident. 


Julie Holden - Business Development Manager

Julie manages the Unified Comms portfolio for us and offers many years of experience and much enthusiasm for its range of products.  Julie is thorough and detailed plus highly dedicated to UC and shares that passion for great products with her customers.


Shabana Khan - Senior Business Development Manager - Jabra

Shabana is an Ingram Micro stalwart having been with the company in various positions and divisions since 2002.  She is a strategic, accomplished and passionate, values-driven senior Sales Executive with experience across Account Management, Sales Management, Vendor Management, People Management and Business and Market Development within the New Zealand Retail, SMB and Distribution landscape including the Pacific Islands and Australia.  She knows it when she sees it -  great technology that can change people's lives and views Jabra as one of these life-altering products.


Neil Wainstein - Business Development Manager

Neil oversees the Industrial Solutions category of Connector Systems.  Neil is the BDM for our Industrial Solutions set of products.


Serena Underwood - Business Development Manager

Coming from an IT reseller background Serena fully appreciates that client satisfaction is the most important thing in building long term partnerships.  Serena is the BDM for our Wireless products.


Kenny Van Blerk - Business Development Manager

After more than 10  years in the ICT world across a number of service Providers, Hardware Distributors, Resellers, and Vendor Partners, Kenny is definitely an expert in relationship and business management.

Entry into the IT world was through a technical role which qualified Kenny in Microsoft Server rolls. Exposure to large Corporate business as well as small NZ owned business means Kenny appreciates that we are all different and understanding his partners and clients is Kenny's priority.  Kenny is the BDM for our Security products.


Srinivas Kalyanasundaram- Product Manager

Srinivas comes from a Network Security background and has been supporting Small to Medium businesses in New Zealand protect their valued IT assets and resources from the evil Hackers and Threats in the web. He has a solid understanding of the OSI Layer and loves discussing new technologies and challenges in the current IT market. Sri has very recently joined Connector and is excited to be a part of Inside Sales team and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge with clients.


Roneel Prasad – Product Manager

With over 10 years involvement in the IT industry within NZ and overseas Roneel has been a Product Specialist, Sales Executive, and Senior Account Manager.  His core strengths are relationship management, vendor management, and customer services.

Roneel manages the following brands -  Aerohive, Aruba, Cambium, Airmagnet, Brocade, Allot, Unitrends, Aspen Optics.


Craig Stewart - Product Manager

Craig started out as a bit of techie overseeing a range of products on a pre and post-sales technical support level.  He also developed proof of concepts for our customers and their end users.  Now that Craig has joined the inside sales team, his massive amount of technical knowledge is a huge advantage to our resellers and that, in turn, benefits their clients.  Craig is a one-stop-shop!


Alan Schischka - Industrial Product Manager

Alan has recently joined the Connector Systems division of Ingram Micro as the Industrial Product Manager.  He brings many years experience in the industrial electrical and connection media market, having previously been with Connector Systems Ltd in its early days, and more recently with an electrical wholesaler.  Alan holds NZ Certificate in Engineering (Measurement and Control option) and a Diploma in Business (Marketing option) from the University of Auckland.


Kylie Clark – Pre-Sales Engineer

Armed an extensive amount of experience in the data networking area Kylie really does know it all.  Kylie’s has a huge amount of experience in designing, implementing and supporting high-performance redundant network solutions for both the enterprise and Tertiary education sectors.   He has achieved qualifications in various products including an MCSE, Fluke Networks FCSE, Brocade, and Checkpoint CCSP. 


Andy Hill - Solutions Architect

Andy has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry, spanning consultancy, design, and support as well as hands-on engineering and pre-sales.  Andy has experience in ISP, where he worked alongside partners specializing in the VoIP Voice platform, providing training and on-going support.  He has also worked for a leading networking vendor with products in switching, wireless and security as the NZ Technology Manager, delivering certified training courses and providing pre-sales consultancy for resellers.


Louise Prasad - Customer Service

Louise has upwards of 5 years background of being at the coal face of customer service.  She still thoroughly enjoys the day-to-day interaction with people.  Louise gains huge satisfaction from turning a difficult and challenging customer service situation into one where the customer feels listened to and competently assisted to resolution.


Clinton Sampson - Customer Service

Prior to joining Connector Systems in early 2017, Clinton was in a position of frequent face to face contact with customers.  He thoroughly enjoyed this interaction and creating micro relationships.  Clinton brings a creative way of thinking to  Connector Systems and looks forward to going the extra mile to assist customers in whatever way he can.


James Palczynski - Quote Desk

James has 6 years’ experience in sales and technical support within the telecommunication industry.  He is passionate about building long lasting relationships with our resellers and is highly motivated to help them reach their full potential. James is a valuable part of our inside sales team.


Matt Hamling - Networking Pre-Sales Specialist

Matt has 5 year’s work experience in the NZ IT market, including 4 years in distribution.  A sound and professional approach to customer service is Matt's philosophy while providing a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions which fit customer requirements.


George Ferns - Solution Architect

With over 20 years in the industry working with customers, as a technical trainer, in the channel, in distribution and with the Vendor, George has a holistic view of the industry and looks at business rather than technical solutions. My focus is to help partners and customers make sense of the rapidly evolving technical landscape and make informed decisions that reap rewards.
